Pinellas County Stormwater Manual
Pinellas County recently passed a new storm-water ordinance which will require a 10 % reduction of nitrogen and phosphorous. This will apply to all projects in the unincorporated portion of the county.
This exceeds the SWFWMD requirement for betterment only in water bodies that are impaired for nutrients.
Projects submitted for review prior to April 1st will not have to comply with this new requirement
