Project Manager:
A good communicator with 5 years of Florida specific experience in all phases of land development design and permitting. Marketing skills prerequisite.

Land Development - Sr. Designer:
The candidate selected will perform non-routine and computer design assignments including directing activities of a team for assigned projects and participation in the preparation of budgets and schedules for assigned projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a technical position and have familiarity with the design of water, sewer, drainage, and paving improvements. CADD experience is desirable: Response code: LDD/2/13.

Civil CAD TECH.:
Minimum 1 yr. Autocad experience. Softdesk software familiarity desirable.
